- Create test plans and ensure quality assurance (QA) procedures are implemented; engaging in and/or managing alpha/beta testing for digital projects% {0 ` A, k3 t+ u' m; L; X B4 W# h
- Manage project administration,
: t6 I0 g) c2 V# L- Communicate changes in scope throughout project lifespan to stakeholders in a timely fashion
i2 v/ ~& k. F+ J. C$ r4 u- Provide clear instructions and feedback to counterparts in creative services, editorial, and technical teams
' B, L% a8 \/ [- Budget and scope new projects of varying size and scope
+ i7 Q# e$ T: q1 g- Monitor scope and communicate changes to project stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track financially) C! q' v2 q k k* |! b2 g" S4 T
- Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues* k5 A* B( `2 c2 i4 i" b; \% }" S
