Growing business is looking for parts quote person with some bookkeeping responsibility.2 h/ E9 S& _: {; h7 K$ e1 j/ r
Job Responsibility:6 O- b- Q" y1 e) P0 n" W
- Look up parts in their in house computer system, and quote and process the sale of the parts to the customers.# H: s) p: E4 X0 e2 B
- Provides service to customers either via telephone or in walk in person.5 g! D; z% Y7 q
- Prepare invoices and order for driver to deliver. Daily invoice bookkeeping at EOB.
! J$ t8 n0 l. K- X& ^# g% c- Assist operation at request.3 O" D" [0 e$ w, B
You must have:
( R2 I5 D; }7 @( ]- A Strong Auto Parts Background.+ w! Q% p m* G
- Strong Knowledge of Computer Systems
7 I7 g; y- l- \8 O K% ]( Q; t8 c- Be able to deal with Customers on a day to day basis2 A' J' }. `2 K# U1 \- v
- Ability to work in a challenging environment and to work under tight deadlines.
