Job Description
C' A. n5 @8 H' S& k) \The Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

; R* F$ _" K# q A- x ~Job Responsibilities: t, H) Z; n! m3 p' G. _
- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping.
Y- ]1 k4 X. z$ `- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
9 O- [ |5 C, y# h' k- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
# g# Q7 ?% v; @3 m- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk 7 z- P8 }4 `$ x; P- U- |" m
- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods. 8 ^, x' D1 t$ T6 U& R; Y, q
- Maintain daily production records.
