是不是必须父母双方都全职工作或学习才能申请？读ESL/LINC可以申请么？
必须要day care centre同意接受才能申请吗？

Social worker will decide if you are eligible for subsidy, not by the day care centre. You can apply for subsidy if you are in ESL or LINK programme.
