The Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Job Responsibilities: 2 r& o- P$ t D
- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping.
3 ^3 `5 E& j4 F4 n, Q ?- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
; g1 O1 {7 ]: B8 M4 c7 [- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers. ) P, v3 p, R. e& S) {: d' y+ |* N- u
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk 0 z; m3 u$ H9 y% z" H% | f
- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.
