Sushi Chef
& T6 X3 \5 P/ T7 EJob Description
The Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
+ S& o+ K6 ^: d. }
Job Responsibilities:
8 n$ L" X% z) z. a- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping.
- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
  a# X" z5 Q. G' J' Y- V- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk
. p2 q; @5 ]! Z- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.
  ^5 \& c- h& w  ~3 m- Maintain daily production records.
- Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.


Qualifications:
0 P! y+ c0 E9 J6 _" |; b( Q9 ?8 H- Effective English communication skills
( ?8 b! _. L% u- Ability to multi-task and work in a high paced environment
; E0 X6 U: `9 U- L" f5 f5 A, A- Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends
8 e) G- @6 O0 l- t/ v- Likes dealing with people
- Ability to work in a team
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
