victoria hospital应该可以，妇女儿童医院。

I think it depends on the reason why you want to see a Gy/OB doctor. Usually you may need to get a referal from a family doctor (even from a walk in clinic).

You cann't go to see Gy/OB directly,you need a family doctor to refer to
