4 Y% [' n3 W. F' ~+ i6 hThe Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Job Responsibilities: & ~2 X3 X* A* j, @8 i
- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping.
9 z# s& m6 m" ]9 P/ z! C5 R3 W& P% J' ?- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered. $ k# X1 x0 O6 ]/ |
- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers. # w8 j! f6 R3 N
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk ) x7 h( f" J) H4 }
- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.

- Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required. 6 B5 n. y) Q- ?( X' h5 C

Qualifications:
