' p7 ~9 D5 _; `8 n" M% r9 a8 d- Ensure projects and tasks are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality
- Create test plans and ensure quality assurance (QA) procedures are implemented; engaging in and/or managing alpha/beta testing for digital projects
' V, V7 l0 ^6 T- Manage project administration,
- Communicate changes in scope throughout project lifespan to stakeholders in a timely fashion
- Provide clear instructions and feedback to counterparts in creative services, editorial, and technical teams
7 ]3 y  J/ e  \% ?$ e5 b1 ~0 i1 l' \- Budget and scope new projects of varying size and scope
- Monitor scope and communicate changes to project stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track financially
; }9 c/ v5 \# \$ {: x- Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
