The Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience. ' Y- V- f; M; R# l5 O: a4 v6 C

Job Responsibilities: & V0 W$ L5 {- h9 {
- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping. 1 H/ ^4 Q% l) p `7 ^
- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
8 U4 ^3 c! U) M% Q; |7 x- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
0 s$ F9 A+ l q# y- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk 2 D" J" }3 F& z
- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods. , W7 G$ ], M# p
- Maintain daily production records.
/ @" k0 C/ K2 p" p8 s6 o- Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.

- Effective English communication skills
