The Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

0 w. _' x6 J3 b b3 O% O- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping. 1 d" W* {' W% p, [) z; E
- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered. . _9 t$ m1 M) n8 D( k% c
- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers. ; t3 @6 p! E9 P4 x% x5 O. F
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk
. }' V! W+ ~9 U% |3 t- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.

Qualifications:
