The Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Job Responsibilities: 7 [% a8 \1 L; |0 k9 t7 w
- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping.
+ p3 w9 b8 E1 A# _4 n- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered. % w- f% K$ J1 ?' u0 ^1 K' n
- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.

% s' ?, t$ T! ]2 n) |- V- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.
