1.做蛋饼糊:取一大碗,鸡蛋打散加糖,加奶搅匀,筛入面粉拌匀再加油搅匀盖起来放一边儿休息。有一点儿小面疙瘩不要紧,休息一会让液体浸润一阵儿再搅几下就好了。
