Our growing company is seeking a driven individual as a Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant. This part time position will be turned to full time in summer. The working hours are flexible.
& u9 [/ H0 P& h/ f" JDuties and Responsibilities:
9 Z/ E. X- v+ U4 Q -Enter A/P and A/R for various client files -Recording and verifying all cheques / accounts payables. -Prepare payroll source deduction, T4,WSIB, ROEs and HST remittances -Prepare monthly statements as per request. -Calculate and prepare payroll -Other Duties as Requested ( [3 D& ]8 n! ^7 f$ y( Q0 X7 u$ A
Qualifications include: -Proficient in Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel, Word. -Experience with bookkeeping administration 1-2 years’ experience -Post-secondary education preferred in Accounting/Administration or Business -Professional telephone manner and customer service skills.Ability to communicate fluently in English, Chinese is considered an asset -Ability to work independently with minimum supervision -Ability to learn quickly # _4 v5 p# f7 j, n, X( Z ]! I
