+ k9 ^% E2 I& t$ T- Provide first line response for users requiring assistance with information technology issues and problems - Respond to requests for technical assistance by phone, live agent, self-serve tickets and email - Track incidents using ServiceNow ticket management system - Maintain ITIL Standards and established SLAs - Support and maintain user accounts including rights, permissions and systems groups - Escalate complex problems to the Senior Analyst(s) and or appropriate Tier 2 - Follow up on tickets at predefined intervals until resolved $ ^2 g+ @' ^% O; N! x( O/ Y
