9 N9 I7 f9 S- \* JThe Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Job Responsibilities: 4 p5 d) l* c: o# ^* x* W
- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping. - S6 V4 w3 @3 d9 m0 W& ^
- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
# Q( F7 ^$ }9 Y+ l- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
4 U: t5 H! g" o3 t( B! W, j5 z- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk
