Sushi Chef
Job Description
The Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

  S' }! u9 Q, l: a8 M8 g# DJob Responsibilities:
- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping.
5 i4 F9 d9 S) `& r1 R' r- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
* D) e: {( f) L/ j4 m- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk
! m: i2 h/ G! D6 j( |' t" u- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.
- Maintain daily production records.
6 U; G/ j0 E) ^8 Q2 D- Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.

Qualifications:
9 h2 U$ w! i/ m- Effective English communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a high paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends
- Likes dealing with people
