Manager your BOWEL MOVEMENT without medications:

Steps:

   1.  Eat well including increasing fiber in your diet
             
% c0 g1 y7 u. Q        - such as bran, cereals and whole grains, fruits and vegetables have high fiber      4 J0 j& u* n9 w1 Z( q; m
   2.  Drink well including plenty of fluids - about eight glasses of water, juice or milk every day; }) t- U0 R3 q* ~
   3.  Exercise regularly - at least 30 minutes of exercise three times a week
; k5 H; W6 S; t* v& G8 l" D   4.  Try to have flax seed oil in your diet and honey with your tea...3 ?2 [9 |# d# M; G& {7 _
